Wilts are holding their Non-Expert Pairs on Sunday 20th October @2pm in Devizes (Nursteed). This is for a partnership with a maximum combined NGS of 18 (ie average 9 ... or NGS=51-53) ... no member of the partnership may be higher than a Jack (ie NGS<57 max).

Wilts are holding their Christmas Charity Pairs on Sunday 1st Dec'24 @11am in Devizes (Nursteed) ... in aid of the WIltshire Air Ambulance

Wilts Qualifier for 9-High version of Corwen Trophy ... 2nd Feb'25 on BBO @2pm

For players with an NGS rating of 9 or lower (as at 1Jan'25) ... ie your NGS must be lower than 53.00
There will be a Nine-High version of the National Inter-County pairs competition, where up to 3 Wiltshire pairs qualify to represent our county in the National Finals.

Wiltshire qualification will be held at 2pm (on BBO) on Sunday 2nd February ... the National Finals, willbe played online (2x18-board sessions) on 31st May 2025, with a choice of playing on either BBO or RealBridge.

Later this year I will contact those Swindon BC members, who are likely to be eligible (ie with NGS 9 or lower ... ie lower than 53.00 NGS)

The club normally plays Duplicate bridge on Monday (on-line: BBO) 7pm ... and Thursday evenings (in-person) 7 for a 7.15pm start. We are affiliated to the English Bridge Union (EBU) via the Wiltshire Contract Bridge Association (WCBA).

The venue is at Lawn community Centre at the junction of Windsor Road and Guildford Avenue (SN3 1JL) . ..........
