LATEST CHANGE - A NEW VENUE FROM 1/12/2025

IMPORTANT CHANGE!  Please note that effective from 1st December 2025 our Thursday evening Bridge venue will change to the LAMBTON ARMS HOTEL  on CHESTER-LE-STREET , FRONT STREET. We will be playing in the Function Room which, when you enter the building from the rear car park, is to the left of the bar.  Please aim to be there by 6.30pm to help in setting up the tables so that play can commence at 6.45pm. If you have parked your car in the Hotels rear car park then do remember to enter the registration number onto the "screen" on the bar.

For those not familiar with the location of the Lambton Arms directions are as follows:

From Durham take the A167 North and come off at the first exit marked Chester-le-Street.  You will then be on Durham Road.  Carry straight on and at the next roundabout go straight over.  This brings you into the "shopping" area.  Watch out on your left for the "Heron" supermarket, and take the first turning on the left after Heron.  The Lambton arms will now be on your right and the car park is immediately behind it.
