We will once more run our normal two annual competitions plus an additional one for the member who calls and makes the highest number of slams during the year.

• Highest Ranked player-This competition is based on the average percentage achieved in each qualifying game, including all partners, for the period 5th January to 10th December 2026.

• Individual Handicap Competition - This competition is all about improving your scores. Everyone should be in with a chance of winning. Your handicap is updated on 24th of each month and is based on a rolling twelve months. Further details can be seen by clicking on the relevant article in the “news” tab.
• Champion Slammer - There will be a prize for the person who calls and makes the most slams during the year. To make it fair the result will be based on the number of slams made against the number of times that you play.
• You need to play a minimum of twenty times during the calendar year to qualify for any of the competitions.
• You can see how you are doing by clicking on the relevant tab in the Competitions tab on the left hand menu. If you have any queries please contact Colin S.

The U3A Rubber Bridge Group meet on a Friday morning between 10.00 a.m  and 12. 00 a.m. at Sedbury Village Hall. The Group Leader is Chris.

Just turn up before the start time, if you do not have a partner Chris should be able to fix you up with one.
