GUIDELINES FOR DIRECTORS
Three Strike Rule
First offence- Verbal warning and score adjustment on the board just played
Second offence- Letter from club executive outlining unacceptable behavior and zero on the two current played boards
Suspension for a specific period of time. Reasons for suspension will be detailed.
Since all directors are not at all of the duplicate games, a record needs to be kept listing the infractions that occur, the date, the name of the person and the director ruling the game.
Any sanction at any club will be applied equally at all three clubs namely the Charlottetown Duplicate Bridge Club, The Happy Bidders Club and the Over the Bridge Club.
An appeal process will be promulgated, approved by CDBC Executive and distributed for everyone to study.
