 Friday 8th AUG 2025     : 10.00 am : Open IMP Pairs Session I (Trio allowed)

                                           : 9.00 am - 9.45  am :  Tea /Coffee and Light Breakfast

: 1.15 pm :  Lunch 

                                         : 2.00 pm : Open Pairs Session II  (Trio Allowed)

Saturday, 9th  Aug 2025  : 12.00 pm  :  T / 4 ,  5  rounds of Swiss league  (8 boards)

                                         : 3.00 pm    High Tea and Snacks

Sunday, 10th  Aug 2025    :  9.00 am to 9.45 am. – Tea /Coffee and Light Breakfast.

                                           :  10.00 am to 11.15   T / 4 ,  6th round of Swiss league.

After the 6 ROUNDS OF Swiss League,

Top 4 teams will qualify for Super league (A Group), 

Remaining teams will be in groups of 4 and will play a ROUND ROBIN OF 3 rounds. 

 B group (5-8)  C group (9-12)   D group 13-16 onwards.

                                          :  11.30 am to 12.30 pm   1^st Round of Round robin

           :  12.45 PM – 1.45 PM:  Lunch.

                                           : 2.00 PM to 4.30 PM  2^nd and 3^rd   Round Robin rounds all groups.

  Prize distribution - 4.45 PM

 The winner of each group B, C, D ,E,  etc  will also qualify for a cash prize.         

T/4 Group Prizes B1 –Rs 4000, B2- Rs3000     C1-Rs 2400  C2 -Rs1800 ,

D1-1500  D2- 1200,  etc onwards  depending on entries.

Best Poona Club Pair and Team will also get a special prize Rs 2000 each.

Best Mixed Pair  & Ladies Pair  Rs 1500 each  if more than 4 entries each

The total prize money is over Rs 1,05,000.

Entry Fees

Open Pairs             : Rs. 1200 per pair, Additional Rs. 600 for trio.

Team of four          : Rs. 3000/- (Per team of 4 persons) Rs 750 per extra person.

                                   + Rs100/- Per Team  (WBF Fees)

Entries will be accepted at the venue till 15 minutes of starting time for both events.

The tournament will be conducted according to the B. F. I. laws.

The tournament committee reserves the right to alter, modify or change the program timings ,format for the non A Group finalists in the teams and prizes depending on Entries.

Lunch, Tea / Coffee & Snacks will be provided at the venue as mentioned above.
