Christmas Calendar |
The club will hold its Christmas party with food on the 13th December opening at 18-30 for Bridge to start play at 19-00pm. This coincides with the 2nd qualification heats week of the Larsky so the bridge will be a normal club event. A vote will be taken on the 13th December to see if there will be enough numbers to host bridge on the 20th December and those not attending the 13th can please contact me to let me know if they would like play on the 20th December. We will require a minimum of 12 players to commit for the 20th December.
As Friday 27th December is between Xmas and new year it has already been determined that the Club will close for that Friday at this time and reopen on the Friday 3rd January as normal.
Club Secretary.

CONSTITUTION |
The constitution was identified as requiring a update to incorporate the changes in location and update to modern norms of communication and also minor modification to disclipary procedures due to the current membership numbers. The new constitution was discussed at the 2024 Annual General Meeting and the decision was to allow the membership more time to study the new constitution online and if any disagreements to notify the secretary.
The document was e-mailed to all members for review and make any proposals or objections by 1st June. Only minor corrections were suggested and no objections where received, so the the constituation is considered ratified as agreed.
