CONSTITUTION |
The constitution was identified as requiring a update to incorporate the changes in location and update to modern norms of communication and also minor modification to disclipary procedures due to the current membership numbers. The new constitution was discussed at the 2024 Annual General Meeting and the decision was to allow the membership more time to study the new constitution online and if any disagreements to notify the secretary.
The document was e-mailed to all members for review and make any proposals or objections by 1st June. Only minor corrections were suggested and no objections where received, so the the constituation is considered ratified as agreed.
