Early June saw the members meet at The Lamb Inn Bransgore for a session of afternoon bridge followed by an evening meal. The format proved so successful that more events at a variety of venues are planned for the future.

BURLEY BRIDGE CLUB 2026 CALENDAR OF EVENTS
Tuesday, September 15 – 12 noon AGM in the Myrtle Hall after bridge.
Any motions members want on the Agenda have to be with Sara Baker in writing by 1st September 2026.
All officers and committee have to be elected so all signed proposals with proposer and seconder have to be with Sara by 8th September at the latest.
Saturday, 19 September - President’s Summer Party
in the Woodgreen Village Hall. Afternoon of Bridge at 3.00 pm followed by supper at 6.00 pm
Saturday 24th October at South Lawns Country House Hotel 10.00 am. Play Bridge, followed by 1.15 pm lunch.
Saturday, 12th December Christmas Party at Cumberland Hotel, Bournemouth seafront. Morning bridge competition, Christmas lunch and quiz games.
Tuesday, 22nd and Tuesday, 29th December - Club will be Closed over Christmas and New Year
