Who stole the Ace of Spades?

The Ace of Spades is not here
It's out of sight, it's nowhere near
All that money I shall lose
And cannot buy the house I choose
That million house is out of bounds
Unless the Ace of Spades is found.

That other club the U3A
Do you know what people say?
They're making tea and eating cake
And biscuits too for goodness sake
They even have a lot of fun
That is not right, that is not done

There's old Miss White as she trundles out
Homeward bound without a doubt
She sits upon her favourite chair
And takes her shoe off with great care
"I don't believe what I can see
The Ace of Spades, oh deary me
And here I am at 92
I found that card inside my shoe!!
