| Session Start Times |
Can we please remind all Members that they should be seated and ready to play
at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
to give the TD sufficient time to set up the movement.
In accordance with EBU guidelines and recommendations
all movements with up to 4 tables, and those with half tables,
will normally be Howell movements, whilst those with five or more full tables
will normally be Mitchell movements.
The movement chosen by the TD at each session, having possibly taken into consideration
other factors such as time constraints and potential sit out times
should always be accepted by those present without challenge please.

The next A.G.M. will be held on
Wednesday 25th March 2026 at 6.00pm
at Gilroyd Social Club.
Anyone who has an item they wish to be included on the Agenda
should notify the Secretary, in writing please,
by no later than Monday 2nd March.
All members are encouraged to attend please and the A.G.M.
will be followed by our normal evening bridge session.

| FANCY A GAME OF BRIDGE ? |
We play two sessions each week at
Gilroyd Social Club, Saville Road, Barnsley S75 3PX
on
Monday Afternoons starting at 1.00pm until approximately 3.30pm
and
Wednesday Evenings starting at 7.00pm until approx. 10.00pm
We aim to play around 24 boards on Mondays and 28 boards on Wednesdays
ALL LEVELS OF PLAYERS ARE MOST WELCOME TO JOIN US
AND WE ALSO HAVE DISABLED ACCESS AND FACILITIES
In addition we play online on Fridays 18.45-21.45. Friends welcome
