The Allendale Trophy will be run on Sunday 8th March 2pm, at the Allendale Centre in Wimborne.

We plan to run the event as a "Social Swiss Teams" playing 4 or 5 short matches (between 24-30 boards) with a break for a full Allendale tea (sandwiches, cakes etc).

Players may enter as individuals (to be paired up), pairs or teams. When forming teams we plan to put less experienced pairs with stronger pairs aiming to form teams of similar overall standard - a format  that seemed to work well for the Anniversary teams last year. For that reason players wanting to enter as a team of 4 are asked to ensure that they have a reasonable balance of strength in their team.

£7.50 for members, £10 for visitors.
