| North Devon Congress 2026 |
The 31st North Devon Congress took place at the Barnstaple Hotel on Friday 27th February through Sunday 1st March 2026.
There were 50 pairs for the ten-match Swiss Pairs competition on the Friday and Saturday and 26 teams for the seven-match Swiss Teams competition on the Sunday. Congratulations to the winners of the pairs: David Southcombe & Carmen Ruiz-Castell and to the winners of the teams: Harry, Theo, Sally & Sam Anoyrkatis.

Sunday 15 February, 2026 on Realbridge: (see Results) A one-day two session teams-of-eight event for EBU-affiliated Devon clubs. The winning team will be eligible to represent Devon in the EBU Garden Cities Trophy.
Saturday 21 March, 2026 on Realbridge: A one-day, two-session green-pointed Devon pairs competition for the Julia Chadwick Trophy. The top three pairs in this event will be invited to represent Devon in the EBU Corwen Trophy.
Sunday 10 May, 2026 at Filleigh Village Hall: A competitive, one-day, Charity Swiss Teams Competition in aid of the North Devon Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Care. Players enter as a team.

| The North Devon Charity Cup at Filleigh Village Hall November 2025 |
 Seventeen teams competed for this Charity Swiss Teams event for the North Devon Charity Cup on Sunday 23rd November 2025 at Filleigh Village Hall.

Congratulations to the winners Dai Bunyan & Mike Batten with Keith Thornley & Paddy Bowen.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who came we raised a considerable amount for our two charities - £500 for the North Devon Hospice and £100 for Macmillan Cancer Care.
