Payment of Table Money and Membership Renewal |
From 1st April, 2023 RBC ‘Table Money’ is collected via Bridgewebs which offers the facility for clubs to track attendance of players (using their results) and take table money automatically, from a pre-paid account, without the need to collect cash or tickets.
The system allows for those who do not pay table money to be automatically exempted and for different table monies to be allocated for special events (e.g.: Troughers)
Members are: -
- Notified monthly by personalised email with a statement of account direct from Rugby Bridgewebs site, showing their current table money balance with the club. When low (typically less than £6) further payment should be made.
- Able to check their balance, ‘online’ via the RBC website, at any time via the Members tab.
- Encouraged to pay the RBC via Online Banking and these payments are then transferred as credit by the Treasurer to Bridgewebs. Bank Details are NEVER passed to Bridgewebs. When making the bank transfer please add your EBU Number as the reference as to avoid people with the same surname getting wrongly credited payments!
RBC Bank Transfer details are:
Bank Account - Lloyds Bank Plc
Sort Code: 30-97-17
Account: 37541668
For those who still wish to make payments by cash or cheque these can still be made, but this causes additional extra work! You will still need to provide your EBU number as reference.
Payments by cheque (made payable to Rugby Bridge Club) and cash payments must be handed/sent to the club treasurer.
Club membership fees can also be paid by this method , again please include EBU membership number.
Please advise the Club Treasurer of any payments by Bank Transfer by the following email link: Rugby Bridge Club
