Richard Bowdery 1965–2023
We are sad to report the passing of Richard Bowdery, who died suddenly, earlier this week, at the age of 58.
Richard was a true friend of bridge and bridge‑players generally. A stalwart supporter of the Young Chelsea for many years, he appeared most regularly recently playing matches this season for team ACJ in Division One of the Super League.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday 2 May at 2.00pm at the Hampden Chapel at Amersham Crematorium, Whielden Lane, Amersham, Bucks, HP7 0ND. The wake will be 3.00–6.00pm at the Red Lion, Elm Road, High Wycombe, HP10 8LF.
