How do I change my Contact Details?
When a member first joins the Bridge Club the following details are captured on the Members Application Form.
- Name
- Private address
- Telephone number(s).
- Email address
These details are entered on the Bridge Club’s Member Database on pianola. The Membership Secretary also advises the English Bridge Union (EBU) who where necessary will create an EBU number and enter your contact information on their own database.
Your personal details are retained by York Bridge Club, EBU and Yorkshire Contract Bridge Association (YCBA). All 3 organisations are likely to write to you periodically so need to retain your correct contact details. YCBA synchronise their database on a regular basis with EBU records.
As an ongoing Bridge Club member, you will need to contact the Membership Secretary if you change any of your personal details.
David Robinson is the Club Membership Secretary, and any changes should be emailed to David at membership@theyorkbridgeclub.com
You are responsible for updating your own contact details on the EBU database. You should: -
- Access the EBU website www.ebu.co.uk
- Click on My EBU on the dropdown menu.
- Click on My Account, My Details.
You should now see all your personal details captured on the EBU database. You can make any changes you require and save them on completion.
