Directions

The Club is located at The Green, Acomb, York YO26 5FG

The entrance is off Askham Lane near its junction with the Green and is shared with Acomb Sports Club. THERE IS NO ACCESS FROM RIDGEWAY OR THE CROFT.

By Car

Directions from York Ring Road  (South)

Leave the Ring Road by turning right at the Wetherby Roundabout on to Wetherby Road. At a mini-roundabout carry straight on.  After 400 metres turn right on to The Green (this is opposite Danebury Drive and in front of Acomb Green). After around 200 metres The Green bends to the right. Turn right into the Sports Club grounds and drive down the driveway.

Directions from York Ring Road  (North)

Leave the Ring Road by turning left at the Wetherby Roundabout on to Wetherby Road.  Then follow instructions above.

Directions from Holgate Road.

Take the left fork at the Fox pub. Drive past Acomb centre and all the shops. Go straight on at traffic lights and at a roundabout take the second exit. After around 400 metres you will see Acomb Green on the left-hand side. At the end of Acomb Green, and opposite Danebury Drive turn left on to The Green. The Green bends to the right. Turn right into the Sports Club grounds and drive down the driveway.

 Be aware - If you are arriving by car your sat nav may not take you exactly to the   entrance of the Club.

Buses

The following buses pass close by and are a short walk to the Club - numbers 1, 4, 5, 5A and 24 and 214 Wetherby bus.
