Annual Subs can now be paid by Direct Debit.
Direct Debit is our preferred payment method because it saves us lots of work.
From a members’ point of view, it is much easier than the alternatives because once it is setup you will not need to remember to write a cheque, make an online payment or pay by cash. Nor will you have to change your Standing Order, if you have one, when the amount due changes.
We use a service provided by GoCardless to collect Direct Debits.
Annual subs will be collected each 1st April. The amount due will be announced in February or March preceding the due date.
You will be notified by email before any DD payment is taken from your bank account.
Your DD instruction can be cancelled at any time by notifying the club in writing.
Your bank details will be only stored on the GoCardless system.
To pay by Direct Debit you need to be set up on the GoCardless system.You can either do this yourself or, we can do it for you.
To do the set-up yourself click this Link to GoCardless. This will take you to an input form on the GoCardless system onto which you need to you enter your bank details.
If you want us to do the set-up you need to complete a Direct Debit Mandate form and send it to the DD Manager at the club. Click this Link to Direct Dedit Mandate form to download and print a DD Mandate form.
Alternatively, you can obtain a blank form at the club.
