We have opened registrations for our fourth ‘Summer Do’ and hope that you will be able to attend. The format will be very similar to last year’s event comprising a welcome drink, fun social bridge, a selection of sandwiches, cakes, scones, jam and cream followed by tea, coffee and a fun table based quiz......I promise to make it more of a fun quiz this year rather than one suitable for MENSA members 😂 We hope that this year’s event will be enjoyable, relaxed and fun. The event is open to all members and we will be in a pleasant upstairs room with views of the golf course. Members with mobility problems have the use of a lift.
YHBC will be subsidising the event in order to keep the price down to £17.50 per member. If you are unable to find a partner from our membership then you are welcome to bring a guest as your partner but the charge for a non-member is £27.50. It might be sensible for your guest to join the club for £10 and then pay the balance for the afternoon. We would be grateful if you could pay upon registration and there is a link on our website that will take you to the registration form. There is an opportunity on the form for you to inform us of any special dietary requirements. Registrations will close on 09/06/25. You will be reimbursed if we do not reach the minimum number or if you cancel before 09/06/25, although we always try to be flexible regarding this.
If you haven’t a partner for the event you can advertise for one on our website and we will also do all we can to help.
