Covid Safety guidelines

YHBC Committee have agreed that these sensible measures will be put in place to reduce the risk of transmitting Covid whilst recognising that members must exercise their own judgement when deciding to return to f2f bridge and accept the risks involved.

Members should:

• Not attend if they are suffering from any infection, cold, flu or experiencing covid symptons
• Ideally have received two vaccinations
• Avoid ‘clustering of people’ and give other members space whilst arriving and leaving the premises and whilst using the premises during the evening. Sensible social distancing to be the norm where practicable.
• Use the hand sanitiser provided upon arrival.
• Wash hands thoroughly when using the toilet and the kitchen facilities once the kitchen is opened.
• Bring their own cups/flasks and take them home for washing.
• Wear a mask if they wish to but this is not compulsory
• Be aware that only North can handle the Bridge Tab.
• Bring a credit/debit card to the session for the new cashless payment system

The Committee will:

• Provide a cashless payment system
• Spread out tables as much as possible
• Ventilate the premises as far as possible
• Launder table covers regularly 
• Not display a leader board at the end of the session to avoid clustering of members.
