Christmas Party Wednesday 18/12/19

The Christmas Party is fast approaching and we are looking forward to an enjoyable evening of food, drink, a quiz, raffle and fun bridge in good company. Whilst the format remains the same as in previous years there have been some administrative changes.

Online Payment
 We are asking members to make an online payment of £10 as a contribution towards food, drink and raffle prizes. Please do this as soon as possible as it really helps with the planning of food. Any member who prefers not to pay online can pay Pennie/Vee/Barbara on a Wednesday evening or Ian/Barbara on a Friday. Please register below and select your payment method. We will not be issuing physical tickets this year.
Once you register, you will receive an email containing the bank details for your online payment.

Raffle Tickets
Raffle tickets will go on sale in the near future at the club. The proceeds of the raffle will be donated to Age UK.

Help from members

Food
As usual the event would not be a success without help from members and we would be very grateful if some members with culinary talents could select a dish they wish to bring from our list of requests. When registering please select the food you plan to bring from the drop-down menu or add the name of the dish you wish to bring. If your cooking is not as impressive as your bridge skills then you can scroll to the bottom of the drop down list and select the 'no food' option. We will be strict this year about reimbursing members’ costs. Please see Pennie if you wish to discuss any culinary delights.

Important:  Please check that the food option you would like to contribute has not yet been selected below - the webmaster will attempt to keep on top of this by removing choices as they have been made!

Setting up the room
We also need volunteers to help set up the room from 18.00 on the evening of the party. Please let Pennie or a committee member know if you are able to help.
