Here's the entry form for joining our county league. Please enter your team in the form below; making sure that you complete all required boxes, but note that your email and phone number is for administration only and will not be public for others to see. For the Open League there is an entry fee of £10 to cover administration which will be collected and donated to charity. This should be paid by direct transfer to HSBC bank, sort code 401507 account number 21315781 with ref OL and team name.
