WDBC NOTICES   

Members are reminded that if they want to bring a guest they should not book them in before Tuesday - the day before playing.  We are limited to 13 tables so the booking will show 26 pairs and any further pairs booked will be placed on the waiting list.  Please use the waiting list as your name will automatically book in when someone cancels. 

At the start of our evenings the committee set up the tables, please would members help at the end of evenings to clear away.

Reminder:     Please would members arrive to be seated by 7.05 p.m. on Wednesdays.  As the numbers are increasing this will allow time to set up the entrance table ready for play to start at 7.15. p.m. prompt.
