Dr Mike Patefield


It is very sad to report that Mike passed away on Sunday 18th May.

Mike and Jean were regular players at Windermere for many years.

Following Jean’s passing Mike found further happiness with long term family friend Sue.  
 

Although Mike and Sue moved back to High Wycombe he still continued to play regularly for Westmorland in the Northern Bridge League.

A likeable, friendly man who made quite a contribution to the Club, County and Lake District Walking.

The service for Mike will be 14.00hrs Saturday 7th July (see below)
