Visitors and prospective new members are most welcome but are limited to 6 visits per calendar year.

Consult the Calendar / Bulletin Board for ineligible sessions or those requiring booking.

Please arrive / be online at least 15 minutes before the start of the session and make yourself known to the session Director.

If you have an EBU number please have it to hand.

The fee is £3.00 for Online (pay in advance) and £3.50 for a club session

Visitors who do not live in the Winchester area but are here for some time may also join for a shorter period; for details please ask the Membership Secretary.

We normally operate a hosting session so you do not need a partner. The Host is a club member who will play if needed to make up a pair, otherwise go home. If you don't have a partner tell the Session Director and you will be paired up with another single player or the Host.

The Host should also make themselves known to the Director.

Please be logged in at least 15 minutes before the start of an online session and arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of a club session to allow the Director time to sort out pairing, table allocation and set the movement.

Unless otherwise noted, or a special event (check calendar), booking is not required and a Host is available.

• Monday 19:00 Duplicate Pairs online at yourbridgeclubonline.co.uk, finish around 21:30.
• Tuesday 18:45 Duplicate Pairs at the club, finish around 22:15.
• Wednesday 13:15 Duplicate Pairs at the club, finish around 16:15. Booking required.
• Wednesday 16:20 Supervised Play at the club, finish around 18:15. Sign-up required.
• Wednesday 18:45 Gentle Duplicate at the club. Booking required. Shorter session, usually 15 boards with a break for drinks half way through. Finish around 21:00.
• Thursday 18:45 Normally Teams on the first Thursday of the month; Booking required, otherwise Duplicate Pairs. Finish around 22:15.

For help with booking Wednesday afternoon pairs or Gentle Duplicate, including login to the booking site, message Tim Anderson. Please book by midnight the day before if possible.

Members of the Bridge section of "Winchester Racquets & Fitness" (the Club)  don't pay table money,  can play as often as they like and use the Club bar and cafe.

You must play a minimum of 3 times before applying for any form of membership. A Bridge section application form must be completed and approved and  payment made before membership can be granted.

Membership costs £205.00 per year.  There is a cheaper "Intermediate" membership (£102.50) covering Gentle Duplicate and Online bridge only; also including use of the bar and cafe. In addition there is a joining fee of £25.00 which is credited back to your Virtual Wallet to be used towards purchases at the Club.
