Dear Bridge Friends,

 I wanted to take a moment to say how much our club appreciates you—the players who fill our tables, and keep the game we love so lively.

Bridge is more than bids and boards. It’s the quiet partnerships, the shared laughs after a wild hand, the good-natured groans over a missed finesse, and the satisfaction of bringing home a contract that didn’t look makeable at trick one. It’s the friendships built hand by hand, week after week.

I love your competitive spirit, your sportsmanship, your patience with new players, and your willingness to explain a convention (sometimes more than once). I love the focus at the table, the stories between rounds, and the collective sigh when the director is finally called—for the right reason, of course.

Thank you for making this club a place of skill, camaraderie, and fun. Whether you’re bidding slams, grinding out partscores, or just happy to be playing cards with good people, you are what makes this community special.
