Monday Club Finances  Treasurers Comments

The accounts have been audited and found to be correct.

I believe that as long as attendance stays stable or grows the future of the club is reasonably secure and as things stand with room rent I can see no reason to raise table money or membership fees. The only thing that could affect that would be if the room rent changed and then a review would be necessary. If the membership fee is agreed at this meeting then fees can be collected in the coming weeks.

It was thought that because we were restricted in the Autumn months by frequent closures while the building was upgraded and decorated that was a good opportunity to change the club year from January to December

The meal at the golf club was very successful and well attended by members who appreciated the time spent together.

I will try to address any financial concerns folk have.
