In Memoriam: Ron James

We are very sorry to report that Ron passed away recently following a long illness. He was a long-time member until 2020 and served the club as Independent Examiner for a number of years. Funeral arrangements will be posted here when known.

In Memoriam: Angela Burgess

We are sad to announce that Angela passed away recently following a stroke. She played regularly at Warden Park but in recent years preferred Thakeham BC for f2f (which is much closer to her home) and WSBC games for online bridge. She had a personal interest in the MNDA and had been a supporter of our Jackie Clinton event since its inception. Our thoughts are with Laura, Shiva and Remi.

Angela's life will be celebrated at a Service of Thanksgiving at 2.00 pm on Wednesday 21st May at St Andrew and St Cuthman Church in Steyning. A warm welcome is extended to all who knew her well or held her dear.
