A big thanks to everyone who supported this event on Tuesday 10th September. We had 11 tables and we were very pleased to welcome some players who are new to the game and not members of our club. Many congratulations to the winners - Ed Barter, David Williams, Janet Hale and Tracey Roberts. Due to the generosity of the attendees, we raised £661 and when added to the agreed club contribution of £50 a player, we will be forwarding £2,861 to the EBU’s chosen charity of Cancer Research UK. Thanks to everyone who supported this event on Saturday 9th March. Congratulations to the winners, Ken Ford and Anthony Gimson (who became a "less experienced player” on the day due to a late cancellation) and to the runners up, Joy Mayall and Eric Jenner.
