At our AGM held recently, several members suggested that teaching or supervised play be reinstated. Whilst neither of these are possible at this time, we would like to offer an experimental book-a-mentor service for members only. There is no charge for this service other than the usual table money or play voucher.

On the first Thursday evening of each month, you may pre-book to play the entire session with an experienced player who will provide suggestions and feedback on the hands as well as answer any questions you may have. There are no restrictions other than that you must be eligible to play on a Thursday evening, a session aimed at players with an NGS rating of 9 or below - please enquire if you are unsure. Up to two players may be mentored per session, although this may be increased if there is sufficient demand by mentees and sufficient availability of mentors. Simply fill in the form below to have your name added to the Book-a-Mentor request list. Please select the month in which you are interested and then await confirmation by email. Although you may request a mentor more than once, priority will be given to any member who is requesting a mentor for the first time. Your questions and feedback are welcome and encouraged - please email mentoring@westsussexbc.co.uk.
