This is taught in 3 terms of 12 weeks.  There are 2 sessions each week on Thursday afternoons and evenings.  Students may attend either session, or both if they wish.

We teach using the Standard English ACOL system and start our teaching with minibridge which is a gentle introduction to the game.  We encourage students to buy the English Bridge Union (EBU) book "Beginning Bridge" which accompanies the course.  These can be purchased at a discount through the club.

All lessons include teaching, exercises and play with prepared hands.

In addition we provide detailed lesson notes and encourage students to use recommended online resources to practice what they have learned.
