The minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting are available for inspection, by appointment, along with the records required to be kept by statute, at the registered office. Please let me know if you would like a copy.
MEMBERS’ MEETING
There will not be a Members’ Meeting following the AGM as the competition for the 909 Cup will start at 7pm. If members have any questions regarding the accounts, in the first instance they should be referred to a Board member to deal with or emailed to finance@westmidbridge.co.uk. A Forum Meeting may, of course, be requested by members.

The accounts for the year to 31 March 2025 are available from the link below. The password you will need was circulated by email. Paper copies will also be available for members at the Club and at the time of the Annual General Meeting.
