Before you can access the Membership functions, you must register as a member.

• Select Membership from the main menu.
• Enter your name or email address and choose Set/Reset Password. .

If you have not yet been added to the database, you will see a message saying your name or email address is not on the database and you should return to Login, select Membership Request and complete the membership application. 

• You’ll receive an email which guides you to complete your registration.
• Select the Account tab. This contains:  
  • your email address
  • your phone numbers
  • the name of your regular partner (if you have one)

If you supply the name of your Regular Partner, that name will automatically fill when you put your name down to play.

• • a place for your picture
  • your mailing address
  • a set of “Opt In” and “Show” options
  • your player number (used at the beginning of each Duplicate session)
    NOT CHANGEABLE
  • your status (Member or Visitor) as registered on the website
    NOT CHANGEABLE
  • your password (shown as ****s)
• Complete your email address, phone numbers, regular partner name (optional) and mailing address.

• Upload your picture if you choose (optional, but allows other members to put a face to a name)

• Check that the “Opt In” and “Show” settings are those you want.  

NOTE: “Opting in” for Bulk Email applies only to emails sent to all members by the Club Committee, and, if you “Opt Out” from this, you may miss something quite useful or important.

• Click Save to save your entries.

Your personal details are governed by the General Data Protection Regulation and can only be seen by other members. You can further limit their use by changing the “Opt In” and “Show” settings.
