The website is used to manage members' debit and credit accounts. You have your own own club payment account; it was set up automatically when you become a member.
Debits are taken for bridge session fees, annual membership subscription and charges for occasional events (for example, Children in Need donations, Christmas Party charge). Debits for duplicate sessions are taken when the results are posted. Debits for "play and discuss" sessions are taken within 48 hours.
Credits are applied when you make a bank transfer into the club bank account.

Credits are normally applied weekly.
You can view your current balance and your debit and credit transactions at any time.
- Select Membership from the main menu.
- Log in using your e-mail address (or your name) and password.
- Select the Payments/AC tab.
- You will see your recent debits and credits and your balance.

If you pay for one or more other players, please email Tony (omahoa@aol.com), specifying whether all payments (including, for example, annual fees) should be taken from your account or only payments for duplicate sessions. Tony will set it up so your account is automatically debited for the other player(s) whenever they play.
