David Hazeldine (Chair)

1. Matters Arising From Previous Meeting

2. Financial Update

No change.

3. South Notts Initiative on Training and Membership

A coach has been identified and the training will use the EBED Fast Track System. It is planned to have a general open day in Plumtree on Tuesday 9th January.

The committee felt that it would advantageous for WBBC to run their own open day on Saturday 6th January (possibly at West Bridgford Library) with the intention that we could organise some additional coaching at the Edwalton. Ian Dovey is willing to undertake the coaching training on behalf of our club.

Other initiatives suggested where the use of Facebook and the local web-site “West Bridgford Wire”.
