Scoring errors/ publishing results during appeals

If you notice a scoring error within 48 hours of the start of the session, please email welwynbridge@gmail.com with full details.

In the interest of transparency, consistency, and timely communication, our session results will be published on the website even where an appeal or review process is still ongoing.

Please note that any results released under such circumstances are considered Provisional and remain subject to change pending the outcome of the appeal. Once the appeal process has been concluded, any necessary adjustments will be made to the results if needed and the results will then be uploaded to the EBU.

We appreciate your understanding that the timely publication of results ensures fairness to all participants, while the integrity of the appeals process remains fully respected.
