THE VILLAGES RESERVATION PROGRAM

I have been testing this out on the Monday afternoon 299er game and after 5 weeks 47 out of 48 people gave it a 10 with very positive comments.

It is VERY easy to use, and you can use a tablet, smart phone, lap top or PC, Mac or Windows. GOOGLE is the preferred browser, but it works with any.

The big plus is that if you have a reservation you do not have to be at the game until 15 minutes before game time.

As this is a trial – it is only in effect for the Saturday Open Game at Miona and the Monday Game at Laurel for the moment.

1. Go to RESERVATIONS   (Click on this link and it will take you to the web site).
2. Enter your ACBL # and Hit Submit
3. Your name and information will appear
4. From the drop down menu, select the date you wish to make a reservation for. Then click on Reserve/modify/find partner and then WAIT for our data base to load up.
5. Click on the drop down list for “choose Partner”
6. If your partner is not listed at the top, then type in the FIRST letter of their FIRST name.
7. Select the name you want.
8. Choose which position you would prefer (note – if you require a North South for medical reasons, I have added your name so that you WILL have a N/S. The program will also stratify the players)
9. Hit Submit
10. You can check to see if you have a reservation by hitting the “Select Reservation Date” again.
11. You will receive an email on Saturday confirming your reservation (our data base has to have your email address)
12. PLEASE – IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL – Then simply hit the “Reservation to Cancel”, and select the one needed.
13. You can change partner without cancelling by going to the “Reserve/MODIFY/find partner..
