Causeway Coast Bridge Club holds membership details in a password-protected database accessible only by club organisers.

The data consists of the following information for each member:

1. Member name
2. Email address
3. BBO name
4. Telephone number(s)
5. NIBU master point number (for NIBU members)

The data is used for the purposes of:

1. Organising and running club events
2. Communication with members
3. Publishing results - on cluib website and ecats website for Interclub duplicate events
4. Returning membership details to NIBU

Membership data is not released to any other bodies other than those specified above
