BRIDGE CORPORATION BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 2023

David Nelmark called the meeting to order at 4:42 pm. Those present were Jim McGinn, Ron Nielsen,
Brad Albers, Jessica Chance, Bob Yeates, Phil Hayne and Denise Dornbier
Brad discussed our financial situation noting most importantly that we will finish the year with $3500
more than when we started the year. This number does not include several donations we are
anticipating at the end of the year.
A fellow bridge member asked about renting our space for an event. We decided that we would allow
use of the space for a donation to the bridge center.
We have recently had a donation and the individual asked to be recognized. We discussed and decided
that they can submit info to the website in recognition of their donation. We also have decided that we
will recognize donations on the website at different tier levels: $1-99, $100-999, $1000-9999 and 10000
and above. Tom will add this info to the website. Currently no one has taken on this responsibility of
updating Tom with donor info and amounts. Brad will continue to send donation letter.
We also discussed a zero tolerance policy and if we as a board had any jurisdiction.
It was also decided that the women’s toilet would be fixed once we have a need to bring out a plumber
for another problem. We currently have three working toilets in the women’s bathroom.
