Present:  Carolyn Sabroske, Carolyn Miller, Tom Olsson, Nancy Wilson

Absent:  Sally Meixner, , Kristin Welter, Joyce  Halverson

President Carolyn Sabroske called the meeting to order.

Treasurer’s report:  Carolyn Miller presented a YTD Cash Flow Comparison.  Financial reports for January Tournament are still waiting for outstanding bills from ACBL Profit for the April Sectional was $872.09. Expenses are still outstanding for the Medallion Game.

OLD BUSINESS

July Regional: The Tournament will be held at the held at the WDM Sheraton from July 3-8.  Feel free to volunteer to Nancy to help. Toby White will put on a Workshop the first morning of the Tournament.  Bonni Newton, Valerie Laing, Mark Parsch, and Rich Newell are potential speakers for between session events.  The hotel has tentatively OKed setup for 6-8pm on the Sunday before the tournament.

People are encouraged to join the Board on June 9 at 12:30 to clean up the bidding boxes.

 NEW BUSINESS

Bud Stowe is resigning as Unit Webmaster.  Tom will review requirements.

The board approved Gus Schlueter’s non-life master Scholarship.  More information will be made available.

The board decided the August Stars of Tomorrow Tournament will be held Friday and Saturday, August 25 and 26.Carolyn Sabroske will be looking for a Tournament Chair.

Mentoring was tabled.

The meeting was adjourned.  The next meeting is to be scheduled in July after the Regional.
