March 23, 2023 Minutes

Present:  Carolyn Sabroske, Carolyn Miller, Tom Olsson, Kristin Welter, Joyce  Halverson, Nancy Wilson

Absent:  Sally Meixner

President Carolyn Sabroske called the meeting to order.

Treasurer’s report:  Carolyn Miller presented a YTD Cash Flow Comparison.  Financial reports for January Tournament are waiting for outstanding bills from ACBL.

OLD BUSINESS

April Sectional.  Carolyn Sabroske had completed the flyer for the April.  She will get the OK from the ACBL and post it at the Bridge House. Dates are April 28 and 29 at the Bridge House.  Gregg will direct. 

July Regional. Nancy reported that the flyer has been approved by the ACBL.  The Tournament will be held at the held at the WDM Sheraton from July 3-8.  Committees are being formed.  Feel free to volunteer to Nancy to help. Toby White will put on a Workshop the first morning of the Tournament

 NEW BUSINESS

Unit game:  Will be held May 19 for MiniMcKinney and Ace of Clubs. Carolyn will check with Bonni on Room Availability.

Mentoring was tabled.

The meeting was adjourned.  The next meeting is to be scheduled in early May.
