| Summer 2026 schedule |
For July and August the Thursday duplicate bridge sessions won't take place every week but will instead run on the following dates-
- 9th July
- 23rd July
- 6th August
- 27th August

| Beginner and Thursday Group fun bridge afternoon - 19th August 2026 |
This is a fun event where we play three 45 minute sessions. On the day you will have an easy to follow individual score sheet and stay on your designated table. Please register with your preferred partner. If you do not have a regular partner no problem! Individual entries will be paired up in advance. As this is a pre entry event please register if you are certain you can make the date. Registration will close Friday 24th July. The U3A committee has kindly funded room hire so no table money required!
At the end of the afternoon there will be prizes for top scoring Beginner and Thursday Group player! This is a great opportunity to mix with players from both groups.
We are playing at The Maltings Barley Room starting at 1.30pm sharp. The session will end at 4.30pm with a 30 minute tea/coffee break where you can pre order and pay for drinks. Final details will be sent two weeks before the event.
