'TYLER HILL' & 'CATERHAM' Bridge Clubs are delighted to be jointly hosting a heat for the EBU 'National Pairs' Competition on BBO, this Sunday 13th March which is OPEN TO ALL (no membership requirement). 

The final will be held online on RealBridge on 9th and 10th April. 

There will be two sessions with a break, each session will cost $5 - the total cost will be $10.  According to the EBU, there will be 24-26 boards per session.

The first session will be at 11.15 prompt (11.30 start) and the second session at 2.15 (2.30 start).

'Green Points' will be awarded throughout, both for session results and the final ranking. Session awards will go to the top quarter of the overall field based on the session scores alone. In addition, ranking points go to the top half of the overall field based on the two-session total score. Session awards and final ranking awards are cumulative.

The event will be stratified - stratification is a way to spread your Master Point awards so that players of all ranks have a greater opportunity to earn points
