Giving us your names does not commit you to playing, but helps us to estimate numbers and may be crucial in deciding whether a session should go ahead.  

If the session is dependent on a minimum number of pairs to make it viable, it is also helpful if you add your names at least 24 hours in advance.

If you hope to play, but have not yet found a partner, put "REQUIRED" in the partner box and contact information in the "other info" box..  If you subsequently find a partner, simply add another entry.

If you find that you need to cancel, we suggest you repeat your entry adding "cancel" in the "other info" box.
