Giving us your names does not commit you to playing, but helps us to estimate numbers and to decide whether a session should go ahead. In particular, if you would like to play if the session is run, PLEASE DO add your names, because that makes a positive decision more likely. Withholding your names does not help the session to go ahead.
If the session is dependent on a minimum number of pairs to make it viable, it is also helpful if you add your names at least 24 hours in advance.
If you find that you need to cancel, we suggest you repeat your entry adding "cancelled" in the "other info" box.
