DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY 

The Club collects and stores the following data:-

VISITORS   -  Forename and Surname ,  Email address, Landline and/or mobile numbers, EBU number            

MEMBERS  -  In addition to the above data, members will be required to agree to share their data.

This will give them access to the MEMBERS AREA on the website.

 Personal Data is held in a primary database on the bridgewebs website and on the personal computers of the officials of the club. 

It is club policy that all such computers must be password protected.  Data is also held within scoring programmes and EBUscore.

 Data will be deleted from the club systems, for all players who have not played online for more than 12 months.    

• The Club committee will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR.                                                   
• Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to external organisations, other than those acting as agents for the English Bridge Union.

   The data will be used, unless you tell us otherwise, for our membership list and made available to other members for contact purposes,

and used on the web site members only area.
