Personal data collected by Topsham Bridge Club.

We collect members’ names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses when they join the club. For some of members we hold additional information such as committee memberships or tournament director and other roles. We will also keep information relating to disciplinary matters.

Member's names, addresses, telephone numbers and email address are shared with all members in paper form and member's names, telephone numbers and email addresses are shared on the Members Only Area of the website. This is to enable the club to send out bulk emails and for players to find partners and arrange informal games amongst themselves. 

We collect the scores from games played which are displayed on results pages together with the names of the players. When this information is put on the website it will be on a members only part of the website.

Use of personal data.

We use members’ data for the administration of membership, communication of information, and the organisation of events.

Some of data is available for use by Bridgewebs acting as a Data Processor on our behalf. They are not free to pass this on to other organisations that are not connected with Topsham Bridge Club on our behalf.

Your personal data is not passed on by us to organisations other than Bridgewebs and, if needed, Topsham Bowling Club.
