A very simple form to fill in.

In the past the Thursday Club always played teams on the last Thursday of the month, following the teams session last month we would like to gauge views on playing more teams sessions. We would only play teams if an equal number of pairs attended the session, so with an odd number we would play normal pairs.

On a Friday Night would people prefer to play a mini swiss pairs on the last Friday of the month.
