As the event is not hosted, you need to attend as a pair.  If you need a partner, please let Tanawan know.

Only one member of the partnership needs to complete this form.  Both players in the partnership will receive an email confirming the details.

When we have finalised details with the hotel, we will advise you when to book your room and pay the deposit to the hotel.
