Self-Alerting

You must Alert your own bids on BBO, rather than your partners. In the bidding box, click on the white Alert, type your Alert message, then make your bid. Only the opponents see the alert message.

Question about opponents bid:  Click on the bid in question. A box will come up asking for the opponent to explain, which should be done in the box.  If you need further explanation, click on the opponents name and send a private message.

Never use the chat function to explain or alert bids.
