FINANCIAL SITUATION

There is a healthy balance but the accounts are not available today as Peter is on holiday.

It was proposed that we transfer the Club’s bank account from Lloyds, which we have used for many years, to Metrobank. Metrobank have the details and in order to open a Metrobank Community Account we have to have a Constitution and hold Annual General Meetings. We also need Officers and Committee Members. Peter and Kay needed to be authorised to operate the account, with either to sign. This was proposed and seconded by the members.

We have full membership of 32 players at the moment, although guests/visitors can still attend. We now have a waiting list.

NEXT AGM

January 2026. Date to be confirmed. Any amendments to the Constitution must be received in writing and approved by the majority present.
