PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGED TIME

FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY PLAY WILL START AT 4PM

GUIDELINES RE MASK WEARING AND COVID CERTS STILL APPLY

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

We are delighted to announce that since 2nd November the Tallaght Bridge Club has resumed playing in the Maldron Hotel on Tuesdays at 4PM FOR JANUARY

To protect the well-being of our members and to adhere to CBAI guidelines and government regulations regarding COVID we have had to make some changes. Please see the list below.

Masks must be worn at all times. Visors are also available as an extra precaution if desired.

One family only per lift. Please use stairs where possible.

Covid vaccination certs are essential and will be scanned in the mezzanine area prior to entry to Bridge Room on first night

Members must also sign in and provide a contact phone number each week

Members should not attend if suffering from any cold/flu/cough.

Due to increase in cost of rent and refreshments the subs have been increased by €1.

Exact Subs of €7 must be paid to our Treasurer before taking your seat.  To avoid cash handling NO change can be given.

Coats should be hung up immediately.

Members are asked to collect individual (pre sterilised) bidding boxes from designated table and use the same box for entire night. Please bring your box with you when moving tables.

Hand sanitiser will be placed on each table for members use.

Players should sanitise their hands before and after removing their cards from the board.

Only South will handle Bridgemates. South must show the score to either East or West and after verification, only South, should press the OK button.

Only North will fill in score sheets.

Only North or the T.D. may pass on Board to the next table.

Players must not touch any other player’s cards. Declarer must instruct Dummy on which card to play.

Bidding boxes, Bridgemates, Score sheets and cards will be returned to designated table at end of the night. They will then be sterilised, before storage, ready for the next week.

Members are asked not to approach Tournament Director's table where the computer etc will be placed.

Please be patient while we attempt to get back to normal.
