  • Administer and manage your membership including dealing with payments
  • Enter scores in scoring programs and ensure that members’ results are correctly attributed to them
  • Contact you about SUW Bridge Club events

Who has access to your information?

Members who process the scores and send out results as well as other information relating to the club.

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties nor will we share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your choices

You have a choice about whether to receive information from SUW Bridge Club. If you do not want to receive email communications from us concerning SUW Bridge Club events, including results, you should advise the organiser of the club.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time; if you choose to do so you should contact the organiser of the club who will inform any other members that may need to know.

You have the right to access your information by contacting the organiser of the club. The accuracy of your information is important to us. We make every effort to ensure that contact details are updated as advised and we would encourage you to let us know as soon as possible if your details change.

When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it is treated securely. Our volunteer members who process any data, work from personal computers and use the Internet. We encourage everyone to maintain up to date antivirus software and take every normal precaution to prevent unauthorised access to your information. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security.

We reserve the right to update our Statement of Compliance at any time and you will be informed of any changes made.
